Peanut Butter Jelly Muffin
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup peanut butter , creamy or crunchy
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- your favoritejelly or jam or preserves
Preheat oven to 350. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add Peanut butter – mix until crumbly.
Stir milk and egg together then add to peanut butter mixture. Stir until moistened. Halfway fill cups by spooning into prepared muffin pan or muffin cups. Add a teaspoon of jelly into each cup and then cover with peanut butter mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
