The movie was pretty good. To sum it up: Eat more veggies & fruit and eat clean, organic foods. Of course the movie goes into much more detail on that.
I’ve really been working towards cleaning up our diet at our house. I love watching movies like this because they remind me to keep working on clearing out the bad stuff and replacing it with better food choices.
Even if you don’t have access to or the budget for organic foods, you can still focus on eating whole foods which are much better for you than processed foods with lots of chemicals and additives.
